    Job Description
    • Development
      • Develop and plan coaching objectives in line with Training, sales and marketing focus and strategic objectives for the retail and perfumery etc.
      • Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends.
      • Support the training team in ad-hoc training projects/corporate initiatives.
    • Execution
      • Deliver coaching program at the counter to support pre-promo/launch initiatives.
      • For new hires, quick training, mentoring& evaluation at the counter.
      • Consistent follow-up sessions at the counter for weaker & new hires.
    • Management
      • Manage and track grooming/knowledge/productivity of retail staff.
      • Create tools to evaluate/assess to ensure transfer of knowledge.
      • Report and work with Senior Trainer on the progress of retail staff.
      • Suggest follow-up actions.
    • On Field
      • Conduct store visits to do in-store briefing, coaching for full/part time retail staff and to identify
      • training needs (50% of time to be spent on field)
      • PR Event/Workshop/Promotion (30%)
      • Lend expertise to the marketing team to conduct PR/Consumer events
      • Involvement in promotions, road shows, fashion shows to help create brand awareness.
     
    Job Requirements
    • People oriented, highly self-motivated and able to articulate business objectives in a
    • compelling manner
    • Good command of both written, spoken English
    • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
    • Team player that display tact and good initiative with a pleasant disposition
    • Proficient in MS Office Applications,
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of competence in presentation
    • Pleasant and well groomed
    • Creative with a flair for details and colors
    • Singaporean only
