DESCRIPTION
- Handle the full BD cycle from sourcing, pitching, closing to servicing
- Generate and increase rewards and merchant partners to meet targets
- Aggressively hunt to achieve weekly and monthly business and sponsorship deals
- Develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate partner requirements with business operations
- Contribute to the team and support ad-hoc events and projects including testing new app features and publishing on CMS tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant BD or Partnerships experience
- E-commerce affiliate marketing experience is a plus
- Metrics driven
- Proficient with using a CRM system
- Possess merchant contacts and network in the retail and lifestyle industries
- Knowledge of rewards/loyalty programs and mobile apps preferred
