Our client, is a leading Hospitality MNC
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resource, the Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Human Resource is part of the human resource business partnering team supporting all aspects of recruitment, employee performance & development, employee engagement, rewards & benefits as well as off-boarding.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions encompassing recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation review, employee engagement and talent management as a business partner.
- Oversee the full recruitment process and onboarding of new hires, interns including raising staff requisition, preparation of offer letter for new staff, conducting reference checks for new hires and reviewing channels for talent acquisition, etc.
- Responsible for the update & maintenance of the staff personnel file and information.
- Works with the business units to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.
- Provides solutions on HR matters and policy advisory to business partners in delivering effective HR management
- Provide support in the execution and management of annual performance appraisal exercise.
- Assist in preparing information and data needed for salary survey and benchmarking exercise and manpower budgeting exercise
- Manage the annual salary review, promotion and variable bonus exercise including preparation of information for management reporting and union negotiations.
- Administration, processing and record management for various incentive schemes.
- Assist in talent management and development activities for staff.
- Engage in performance management of staff and provide support to managerial staff in this aspect such as staff disciplining and counselling, etc.
- Assist in the overall operations in Human Resource and Administration to ensure operational efficiency
- Any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree
- Min 5 to 8 years HR Generalist role and preferred from Hospitality / Hotel / Service Industries
- Good written and spoken communication, and excellent coordination skills
- Meticulous, detailed- and service-oriented
- Organised, neat and well-groomed
- Adaptable and dynamic, taking repeated changes in stride
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Enjoy problem solving
- Outgoing personality
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
