Job Responsibilities:
RAS
- Reviews and analyzes monthly financial results for subsidiaries and business operations for entire region
- Reviews and manages monthly President Operating Report
- Asia Pacific annual budgets
- Prepares and presents financial and business reviews for regional operations
- Primary financial / support for RAS Headquarters in US and Asia Pacific region
- Operational support for the RAS business in Asia Pacific
PSS Singapore / SEAT Operations
- Reviews and analyzes monthly financial results & monthly President Operating Report for Singapore Operations
- Asset management forecast & control
- Transfers Pricing & related tax computations for the Singapore PSS operations
- Supports the Singapore / SEAT Sales leaders for PSS business
Asia Pacific PSS
- Prepares and reviews of Asia Pacific Product Group report and support Business Leaders
General
- Provides enforcement of Corporate Policies and Procedure. Ensure policy and procedure framework are in place and consistent with Corporate guidelines and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Reviews the appropriateness and sufficiency of business internal controls and provide suggestions for improvements
- Liaises with external auditors to ensure prompt completion, signing and filing of audited accounts
- Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involved in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.
Additional Information:
- Reports directly to Senior Finance Director AP.
- Works closely with Finance Managers, Sales and Operation leaders of AP Countries.
- Works closely with APHQ Finance.
- Works closely with the RAS Business Leaders in US / EU & AP.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / CPA.
- With 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- MNC and financial consolidation experience preferred.
- Oracle and Hyperion experience is a plus.
- Able to work with all levels of management.
- Team player and good management skills.
- Good communication skills and possess analytical mind.
