Responsibilities:
• Servicing existing accounts and establish new accounts
• Prepare activity and results reports
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques
• Resolves customer complaints
• Maintaining historical records and customer sales
• Coordination of new & used machines availability, including shipping, installation & acceptance schedule
• Periodic reporting internally which include liaison with Canon Japan HQ and externally with customers
• Monitor & contribute to the Division’s profitability
Requirements:
• Min 3 years of sales experiences, prefer Semiconductor sales
• Good Negotiation, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills is preferable.
• Able to build good client Relationships.
• Must have Sales oriented mindset and self-motivated.
• Japanese Proficiency Level 1 is required as this role will need to liaise with Japanese HQ.
