Our client , is a worldwide Integrated Facilities Solutions. that provide Cleaning, Pest Control and Landscaping services
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender quotations and documents for tender submission
- Market and promote the services to customers
- Update all information in SAP system
- Manage Renewal of existing contracts together w
- Identify sales prospects in GeBIZ , newspaper and other sources
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contract
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- • Identify and resolve client concerns
- Handle and correspond to customers’ enquiries complaints and feedback across all communication channels
- Respond professionally to all complaints and compliments received across all communication channels
- Update all complaints and compliments in the database
- Assist in Customer satisfaction survey and other accreditation assigned by the management
- Assist HOD with ISO documentation of Department
- Prepare reports for healthcare sectors
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Min 3 years sales & marketing experience
- Able to converse excellent in English Language
- Will be required to meet client on adhoc basis
- Hands on experience in SAP or CRM will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately

- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Location: Bukit Merah
