1 Yr Sales Executive(Software)-(Top IT MNC/East/ Up to $4.5K + Transport + AWS)

- 1 Year Contract (Conversion to Perm based on performance)
- Tampines/ Monday to Friday (9am to 5:45pm)/ Perm Position
- Experience with ICT Solution Sales
Our Client is a well-known and established Leader in Global IT Industry. They are looking for unique individual to join their growing business as a Sales Executive (Software)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deal directly with customers in financial industry either by face to face, telephone and/or electronically
- Generate leads/appointments/ business opportunities through cold and warm calling of prospective and existing customers
- Able to engage customers by explaining IT products and services
- Ensure prompt response to customers inquiries
- Administration work but not limited to preparation of quotations, contracts and proposals
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Task, issue and status management
- Responsible for submission of regular and timely opportunity reports
- Sharing and updating necessary information with relevant team members and report to (include task and action taken)
- Follow up and track on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the service process
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma with minimum 3 years of Sales or Customer relationship experience
- Experience in Financial related industry would be added advantage
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good communication Skills – verbal and written.
- Business Japanese skills will be added advantage as frequent liaise with japanese client.
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location : Tampines
- Working days : Monday to Friday (9am to 5:45pm)
- Salary : $3,000 to $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
