Responsibilities :
- to be the point of contact for assigned agencies
- responsible for responding to all queries raised for assigned agencies
- responsible to address any feedback (whether positive or negative) so that the feedback is fully addressed and close
- Responsible for interim reply to assigned agencies and keep agencies updated with regular progress update.
- Engagement of new business leads
- responsible for budgetary quotation preparation, RFQ response, RFQ clarification and presentation (if applicable)
- Ensure PO issued are in order & track PO utilization so that early notice can be given to customer for new PO
- Quotation Approval
Communication management
- Communication during P1 incident management as per SOP
- Meet the KPI for P1 incident management
- Drafting of emails for urgent broadcasts
- Need to hold duty mobile phone for thrice weekly rotation schedule
- Duty Schedule will covers office and non-office hours also
Billing management
- To liaise with assigned agencies on their billing disputes and rectification
- Ensure all disputes are settled in a timely manner so that the quarterly billings are not impacted.
Other assignments
- Need to take on other CS related assignments as and when required.
- Be prepared to handle CS engagement for more than one project should the need arise.
Requirement :
- Degree or Diploma holders in Computer Science, IT, engineering and related disciples
- At 5-6 years of working experience in business development, sales, customer service.
- Good spoken and written English is preferred
- Pleasant personality with a cheerful and patient disposition
- Self- starter but yet able to work harmoniously as a team member and/or leader as and when the occasion arise.
- Ability to take instruction from leader and execute them well.
- Able to work with different personalities and to embrace the differences to ensure no project deadline slippage
