  • The Position:

    Reception:

    1. Call Management
    • Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
    • Screening / managing all general calls and direct them to the respective department
    • Updating of phone extension list as and when required
     
    2. Visitor Management
    • Attending to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Inquiring the name of the hosts and contact the hosts that their visitors have arrived
    • Issuance and recording of passes
     
    3. Main & Courier Management
    • Recording of daily outgoing postage by department
    • Franking and recording outgoing malls
    • Sorting and distributing of incoming mails
    • Arranging for outgoing couriers
     
    4. Meeting Rooms
    • Tidy and cleaning up the rooms in all floors (two rounds/day)
    • Assisting in meeting rooms bookings
    • Coordinating and assisting in refreshment
     
    5. Others:
    • Ensure upkeep of the Reception area and meeting rooms
    • Processing of invoices (courier, newspaper)
     
    Administrative:
     
    • Maintaining inventory and requisition of pantry supplies
    • Observe and reporting of faulty meeting rooms equipment and furniture
    • Providing administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required such as filing, typing, scanning, copying
    • Performing data entry for all air-tickets Oracle documentation
    • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct manager
     
    The Candidate:
    • Min 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Min GCE "O" level
    • Preferred candidate who has experience in customer servcie
     
    Other Details:
    • Working location: Tanjong Pagar
    • Monday – Friday: 7.45am – 5.15pm or 8.15pm – 6pm (rotational basis)
