Our Client, a full-service renovation company that specializes in office spaces, is looking for qualified candidates to join them as Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, coordinate & execute projects in interior design & fit-out works
- Prepare & manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
- Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss issues pertaining to projects
- Work closely with Operations team & internal members on all aspects of projects
- Attend regular site meetings & inspections
- Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets & delivery schedule
- Report on project status & take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Civil or Building Management/ Construction Management/ Interior Design / M& E
- Min. 3 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs industry managing sales & marketing, building project management & planning for retail, construction, commercial projects or corporate office
- Ability to read CAD drawings
- Ability to work under dynamic phases & stress
- Self-motivated, able to work independently & as a team
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Relevant experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs
- Candidates with Mechanical & Electrical experience in addition to Interior Design & Fit-outs will have an added advantage

- 14 Days AL | 14 Days Sick Leave
- Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm (need to work on weekend based on the project if needed)
