  • To organize, prepare and report on Major Projects Steering Committees and assist the Major Projects team in the bid management and related tools of medical services mid-size and major projects.
     
    Your Role:
    • Participates in successful and profitable development of Medical Services projects, through assessment of business opportunities, response to tenders, preparation of proposals and other Sales & Marketing initiatives.
    • Drives a multi-country effort to develop International SOS Medical Services business with Private Entities, Governmental Institutions and International Organizations.
    • Assists in the bid management of mid-size and major projects, including preparation of P&L schedules, pricing calculations, response to tenders
    • Responsibles for the organization of the project review meetings, monitoring and support of prior required functional reviews, follow up of actions items, tracking of statistics and safe-keeping of related documents
    • Rports and analysis of mid-size and major projects, including tracking of opportunities and communicating on overall trends and results
    • Maintains and improves tools and applications
    • Develops, maintains and enhances the project and tender libraries
     
    Your Profile:
    • At least 2 years in service industries
    • Good project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within a matrix structure
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • Hands-on with a strong sense of urgency, and willing to “roll sleeves up.”
    • Hard work ethic with the willingness and ability to learn
    • Strong team player
    • Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity
    • Finance backgroundwiht quality/business process improvement
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Proficient in MS Excel is a must. “Sharepoint” is a plus
