  • To support APAC region based in Singapore, Reporting IT Manager (APAC). The IT Support Engineer role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving a variety of hardware/software problems.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Support end user on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving a variety of hardware/software problems.
    • Basic troubleshooting on networking and application problems (e.g. MSCRM, VPN, Lync)
    • Report and manage all support issues by logging and updating each case into IT ticketing system.
    • Configure and support laptops, applications and workstations for end users.
    • A team member assisting to maintain and implement servers and applications on variety of IT projects (e.g. Active Directory, Backups, Exchange, VOIP, SharePoint, etc.).
    • Monitor and create monitoring alerts for servers and other IT critical infrastructure.
    • Monitor and update inventory changes for hardware and software

    Qualifications
    • Fresh graduates only.  Education in BS/MS Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
    • 0-2 year’s technical experience supporting systems in a Windows environment.
    • Proficient in basic networking technologies and general troubleshooting methods.
    • Must have strong knowledge in supporting Windows & Microsoft Office.
    • Must be aware of basic administering of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Ability to work independently, identify priorities, learn quickly and work in a fast-pace
