This role is to be assigned for project. Project is to convert physical server to cloud server.
Strong server management skill is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Reason of hiring: Need new headcount for new project.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (Server, Storage)
• Manage IT assets
• Manage Intranet contents
• Operate of Active directory
• Trouble shoot (network / Server / Storage)
• Troubleshoot relate IT
• Escalate issues to necessary party
• Team Management
• IT support for user
• Train users about IT
• Test IT environment for BCP
• AD Hoc IT Support
• New Hardware & Software Evaluation
• Sever room temperature monitoring
• Vender Management
Job equirements:
• To have an experience to manage a team (more than three members)
• To create a team business plan
• Document creation and reporting
• IT Infrastructure management and Troubleshooting (Server, storage)
• Knowledge and experience in ITIL
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft server function
• Knowledge and experience in Active directory management
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft O365/SharePoint and Knowledge management
• Knowledge and experience in L2 and L3 support for network
• Documentation skill
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Customer satisfaction oriented mind
Benefit:
Working hour: 8:45 – 17:15 (Mon- Friday)
AL: 14 days, additional 1 day per year, max: 20days
MC: 14 days
Probation: 3 months
