  • Responsibilities:
    • To plan and complete client implementation within the agreed timelines and meet the key milestones agreed with the client
    • Involve in supporting client RFP/RFI process
    • Able to provide effective classroom / ad-hoc training sessions on cash management products for commercial and corporate customers
    • To provide strong and responsive support to assigned top tier clients
    • Encourage and refer clients to utilize the corporate internet banking channels
    • Able to manage and coordinate certain projects to improve and enhance implementation and client service management experience
    • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s comprehensive integrated channels and product capabilities
    • Maintain standards and role model behaviors that demonstrate the core values of the bank.
    Requirements:
    • Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years direct experience in implementing transaction banking solutions
    • Good knowledge of cash management related products and solutions
    • Strong client focus and ability to provide solutions to meet specific customer needs
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • A keen and passionate learner
    • Good time management skills
