HR Responsibilities:
- General Human Resources responsibilities
- Formulate/Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment and administrative matters for new or exiting staff including interviews, employment contracts, work pass and other related matters
- Monthly Payroll Administration
- Monthly Claims Administration
- Staff Database Management
- Manpower Rotation Supervision and Administration
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting
- Leave Administration
- Welfare and Benefits Administration
- Work with various departments for Monthly and Quarterly forecasting and reporting
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Purchase equipment or miscellaneous items
- Basic IT administration
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives or higher specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Part Time or Full Time available (Flexible Working Hours can be discussed)
- Driving license is preferred
