    Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable
     
    Responsibilities:
    • To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
    • Ensure timely escalation of major and critical incidents.
    • To accurately record, update and document all the issues that users encountered.
    • To install and configure new IT equipment.
    • To maintain a professional level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
    • Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
    • Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
    • Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
    • Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
    • Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.
    • Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
    • Gather all end-user’s IT items at one designated area in preparation of disposal vendor collection.
    • Minimal Asset Management.
    Requirements:
    • Possess at least a NITEC or Diploma in IT or equivalent
    • Min 1 year working experience would be an advantage
    • Good command in English
    • Working shift : 830AM – 530PM or 10AM – 7PM
    • Able to start immediately
