HAKU Pte Ltd is a professional HR consulting firm based in Singapore. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, HAKU takes steps deeply into clients’ HR department and help them do better recruitment from inside. For example, if we work with Google, we sometimes sit in the HR department and work as recruiters at Google.

We don’t simply find talents. We commit on results to get talents in.
While traditional agency model focuses onto “finding talents” (or simply “forwarding resumes”), we proactively take deep focus on “getting talents in”. In some cases we helped employers build the entire strategy on the whole recruitment process which often refers to marketing, social media, and branding etc. Sometimes we designed the selection schemes for employers or also delivered the selection process on behalf of the employers. For other cases we focused on engaging candidates to accept the offers from the clients and decline the offers from clients’ big competitors such as Yahoo or Goldman Sachs etc. So HAKU do whatever is required to acquire talents, depending on clients’ situations and demands.

While having been recruiting from inside many of clients, we often have complains against recruitment agencies as none of them take responsibilities after the candidates join us.
We also wondered why many of agencies proudly post images of “hand shake” on their brochures or web sites. (For us, in-house recruiters, the most essential thing that would do us proud is our results which only lies on AFTER the hand shake.)
Then, we recently launched a “recruitment agency” model which has a bit but significantly different approach. How do we do this?

Job Description:
- Provide end-user support in PC, printing and communications • Administration of Windows 2003/2008/2012 servers, including active directory
- Maintain network system and troubleshooting of equipment such as firewall, routers, switches and structured cabling
- Administer and maintain servers backup operation
