  • Our client, a well-known Japanese MNC is currently looking for a customer service cum admin
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Customer support by e-mail and telephone (60-75%)
    • Processing orders from customers
    • Managing team’ KPI and staffs
    • Order processing
    • Customer inquiries correspondence (email, telephone)
    • Filing and data input
    • Product management etc.

    Job Requirements:
    • GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ Levels, NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma holders
    • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
    • 5 days work week
    • Immediate availability will be an added advantage
    • Familiar with Japanese culture
