Client Relations Manager
Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnels
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with services provided
- Explore opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Inform customers on other services the company offers
- Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing account
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitor performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline (Fresher are welcome)
- Prior client relations, sales, marketing, background is a plus but not a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to go the extra mile to produce high quality work and excellent results
Graduate Trainee
- This is a great entry level role for a candidate who wants to work in a professional sales environment working with global clients in the financial world
- You will be trained and developed from day one and will work with some of the biggest names in supplying them with business tools which allow them to make business decisions
- The role supports the global sales team and includes research, lead generation, usage reports and assistance in the renewals and sales process
- You should therefore be looking for a role which has a sales focus but also calls for good analytical and communication skills as you will be liaising with current users as well as securing new business users
