    1. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: 
    • The role involved both hunting and farming skill. New business development (70%) and account management (30%).
    • Plan and carry out sales and account management strategies.
    • Penetrate and secure new accounts and business development role
    • Meet and exceed target set by organization.
    • Responsible for all sales activities, project and achieving sales target
    1. EDUCATION: (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training)
    • Diploma and above
    • Basic Microsoft
    1. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
    • 2 to 3 years experiences business development or outdoor sales experience preferably in Beauty or Professional Hair industry.
    • Effectively bilingual with good inter-personal skill and communication skills
    • Aggressive and result driven
    • Strong planning skill
    • Prior experience in business development/ account management is added advantage
    4.     PERSONALITY TRAIT: (Highlight the 'MUST HAVE's -: Personality Trait for completion)
    • Highly sales-focused individual who is extremely self-motivated and keen to make increasing sales and be rewarded for success.
    • Must be highly organized, flexible, goal oriented and results driven.
    • Able to work independently with proper guidance.
    Candidates with more experience will be offered the Manager position.
