Responsibilities
· Reconciliation of cash and cheques received to bank statement and general ledger
· Update and allocate receipts against invoices in sales ledger
· Data entry of sales invoices and credit notes
· Reconciliation and explanation of monthly debtors ageing and collections of outstanding debts
· Check and process customer refunds, dishonoured cheques, petty cash reimbursements
· Collect and bank in cash/cheques as and when required
· Strong coordination between HQ with all accounts matters.
· Handling of banking related issue
· Provide administrative support such as filing, making phone calls, handling mail.
Requirements
· Minimum O Level or Diploma with at least 1 year working experience in accounts receivables.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
· Responsible and committed.
· Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
