Speak Well, Say it Graciously
The ability to speak well is an important skill for everyone regardless of your job function. During the course of the workshop, you will focus on areas such as pronunciation, tone and body language to improve clarity of your spoken English and understanding with your customers and partners. For greater impact, the workshop content is also localised to highlight problems that Singaporeans face. Feedback on participant's strengths and weakness will be given to ensure maximum benefit.

Mrs Jean Khoo Vowles has established her reputation in Singapore as a dynamic, entertaining and inspiring trainer in English business communication. Her training has been enthusiastically received in both the public sector and the private sector. The reviews have been overwhelming!

Jean has a Masters in Education in the teaching of English from the University of Wales, UK, after having pursued studies in applied and socio-linguistics, curriculum development, phonetics, grammar, reading and writing skills, and teaching methodology.
