· To provide customer service at Front Desk - The Prince George’s Park Residences (PGPR) during Student mass check-out & In period
· To assist the Front Desk Team to read all transponders & ensure that the room numbers are tag correctly.
· To assist the Front Desk to on the operations for room checking, conference arrangement & other administrative works.
· To mend the Front Desk when other staffs need to deploy to checkout/in counter.
· To coordinate maintenance work within student accommodation
· GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ & Polytechnic Levels with pass in English
· Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power point, SAP, Photoshop.
· Excellent with customer service skills & interpersonal & communication & Writing skills
