- Provide admin support for the departments
- Printing and delivery of course notes, office admin work.
- Check and upload databases
- Extracting of data, preparation of reports and administrative support for meetings
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
- Min GCE O/A levels or Diploma in any studies
- Experience in admin would be preferred
- Strong in MS Excel skills
- Office hours, 5 days
- Min. 3 - 6 months commitment
- Able to commence work on immediate basis
