We are inviting suitable individuals to join our team as Technical Support Engineer.
- Provide technical support and resolve technical issues for POS & ECR
- Provide remote support for local and other operating companies in the region
- Conduct technical hardware training and assist sales team in product introduction for local and other operating companies in the region
- Work closely with the HQ to resolve product issues
- Provide back-up assistance to other team members in their absence
- Maintaining support on new or existing customer
- Ability to provide after office hours remote or onsite technical support, if necessary.
- Must possess valid Class 3 driving license and
- Must possess own vehicle
