We are looking for a Technical/sales support manager with at least 5 years working experience in derivatives Trade support functions. As a Technical/ sales support manager, you will need to be fluent in written and spoken Korean because you will need to interact with Korean speaking team members and externally clients on a daily basis. You will also need to be able to handle Core Banking & Functional applications and be adaptable to change.

Relationship management with our customer base, with focus on South Korea
Promotion of derivatives trading & clearing services and products
Client on boarding
Provide best in class technical support to our customers including telephone support (Level 1 & 2) and on-site consulting services including:
- Application installation support
- Application development support (where applicable)
- Performance tuning & optimisation
- Capacity planning & consulting
Manage service installation and integration support for customer exchange and clearing house connections
Incident management including call logging, routing, and escalation
University degree and/or a comparable training
Minimum 5 years in financial services or financial infrastructure support
Proficient English and Korean language skills as you will need to communicate with with Korean speaking team members and externally clients on a daily basis.
Analytically ability, eager to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to organise and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Exchange, Networking and wide area connectivity
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication and problem solving skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
