- The Solution Technical support will be primarily responsible for all technical aspects of the Marketing Solutions division project delivery from POC, Partner Training Support, Managing projects and delivering project.
- Responsible for helping Business Development Team for maintaining relationship with existing customers and partners and building new relationship with new customers and partners
- Communicate with Business and Solution team in HQ and able to learn all technical upgrades and apply to AP region.
- Develop and execute go to market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities.
- Installation and configuration of solution
- Resolve partner pain points and implement performance improvement programs in a collaborative manner.
- Work with product management to define product and service offerings that meet partner’s needs.
- Degree in Computer Engineering/ Software Development preferred but not essential.
- IT Technical Certification focused on Software, Databases, Networking, IT Security.
- Project Management Certification (Prince 2) is highly preferred.
- A strong background in developing technical solutions that meet customer needs, with one or more of the following requirements:
- Java EE based web application development experience
- Android based device application development experience
- HTTP, RESTFul API, SSL/TLS experience
- mairaDB, Cache(Redis, Infinispan) experience
- JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Linux Admin(CentOS) experience
- Authentication platform experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Presentation skills to large audiences.
- Willing to be flexible and deal with a fast changing dynamic work environment.
- Advanced troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to train both end customers and partners
