Service Controller (Service Division)

- Provide administrative support to the service team.
- Execute warranty claims to the suppliers.
- Assist in updating, monitoring and tracking of service maintenance schedule to ensure timely performance by the service engineers.
- Assist in maintaining spare part inventory.
- Provide customers’ order management
- Monitor and prepare maintenance contract.
- Ensure proper documentation & filing system to ease tracking and retrieval.
- Generate Monthly Service report for the Management Review
- GCE ’O’ / ‘A’ level or Diploma holder
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in full spectrum of Sales & Service administrative coordination
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Customer oriented, good telephone etiquette and able to multitask.
- Ability to work as a team.
