- Provide technical support and services to Customer’s HP NonStop servers
- Perform daily server administration tasks to Customer’s HP NonStop servers
- Resolve technical problems, preparation of various Global Banking application environments
- Perform daily health check and after office hour’s support for escalation calls
- Perform HP Non-Stop servers related changes and releases
- Assist in audit preparation and support
- Involve in project meeting, testing and cutover
- Participate in BCP, IT DR drill.
- Prepare system technical documentation/ SOP as needed
- HP Nonstop system, Strong in TACL command, eg. Backup/Restore, Fup Utilities.
- Pathway, SCF, Safeguard, MQ setup
- Spooler and Tape Media management
