You will lead and manage the HR Talent Management and Recruitment teams to support the Company’s talent management and attraction objectives. Working closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, you will lead and drive tactical and strategic talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement, succession planning, leadership and talent development to meet business and manpower needs. You will also oversee the management of graduate and internship programmes, as well as drive talent attraction and recruitment initiatives for the Company.
You should possess a Degree with at least 5 years’ relevant HR experience in talent management including succession planning and HIPO development, employee engagement and attraction. To succeed in the role, you should possess the ability to work well with all levels within an organization, manage people as well as being hands-on to work independently in a fast paced environment. You should also possess excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
