Our client, a Engineering Solution Provider Company is looking for a Senior HR Executive/Manager, to join them.
- Assist in HR functions which include training & development, recruitment and compensation & benefits etc.
- Consolidate and prepare various HR reports.
- Administer and verify staff leave, claims and benefits
- Communicate and explain the template's HR policies to the employee
- Arrangement and verify employee’s business travel related matters i.e. booking of air ticket, hotel, visa and etc.
- Assist in employees' welfare, monthly event, team building, annual company events etc.
- Handle insurance matters
- Handle work permit and up to tax clearance matters
- Ensure that HR policy and practices are in accordance with the Government Regulations and Employment Act
- Perform any other duties assigned
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Employment Act & other local legislations
- Knowledge in EPE, Sage e-portal
