- Lead & Manage the customer service team in providing customer service excellence
- Oversee seamless scheduling to manage customer flow in order to provide optimum service quality
- Regularly review and revise customer service operating procedure for best results
- Respond to customer’s queries about our products over phone and email
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in mass communication or related field.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in customer service, with atleast 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ecommerce experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Must possess high levels of patience, courtesy ,tact and diplomacy
