Partnering with us, they are now looking for an enterprising compensations and benefits professional to be part of their team in Singapore's headquarter.
Reporting to the global head of human resource, your role encompasses the full spectrum of compensation and benefits. You will be tasked to formulate and carry out strategies that is aligned with global needs of the firm. You will be managing best in class C&B programs, processes and capabilities to support the business. You will develop and institute equitable and competitive C&B program, that compliments the organisation's attraction and retention strategies, to build a compelling workforce that will help achieve the business objectives. On top of that, you will lead by example as the HR business partner.
You should be a degree qualified HR professional, with at least 10-15 years of experience specialising in Compensation & Benefits. Ideally, you should come with regional exposure in an established environment. You are a results-driven individual that is able to fit in a fluid environment and be able to adapt quickly to changes and proactively seek solutions. As a business partner, you need to have strong interpersonal skills to be able to partner with stakeholders globally.
