Senior Assistant HR Operations

Transactional expert in HR operational functions to support company-wide activities, to ensure we are compliant with labor law and company policies.
Fulfill the day to day transactional tasks independently
Collaborate with Government Bodies (e.g. ICA, MOM, CPF, MCYS) to keep up-to-date legalities and ensure consistency in practices.
Contribute to the definition of tactical standard operating procedures within day to day transactions.
Examine and seek opportunities for improvement in the HR work processes
Collaborate with others to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments within a complex environment.
2-year contract role
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR administration
Preferably work in a manufacturing environment before
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
Posses strong interpersonal communications and English language skills
Ability to interact with working and middle management levels of the organization
Discreet in handling confidential information
Hands-on knowledge in PeopleSoft (v8.8 and above) will be advantage
Competent in the interpretation of the Employment Act
A cheerful/pleasant disposition.
