We are looking for an awesome candidates to build this business from ground up! The Sales Director manages the relationships of the buyers and sellers. This role will require you to develop an overall sales strategy to achieve the targets set by the management. You have to be dynamic, driven and able to execute sales strategies.
Strong experience in dealing with B2B industrial companies will be great, especially if you come with a roller deck of contacts from across the region, but that is not a key requirement for the role. What is key, is your willingness to build that experience from ground up and connect with industry captains and their trusted sidekicks. More importantly, you have to undisputedly love tech.
SO WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO REALLY!
- University degree, ideally with 8 – 10 years sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial environment.
- High energy with great positive personality.
- Develop and manage relationships between buyers and seller’s
- Able to hire and manage a team to execute strategies.
- Excellent communications skills and good interpersonal relationship management.
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice.
