We currently have an opening for a Sales & Business Development Manager and would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the role.

Sales and Business Development Manager
Develop new opportunity of Emerio product and solution Selling multi GSS (Global Seamless Service) Solution such as Cloud, networks, Data center , voice solutions, SI etc. Cross sales with NTT affiliates and other partners.
The manager should be able to:
Meet Quarterly Target for the Sales TCV
Work closely with Pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to WIN the deals
Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts
Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
Proactively scan the market, Do research, Connect with Marketing
Manage Customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them
Correct Invoicing at the right time.
Manage the "Account Receivables" with customers.
Accurate and timely internal reporting as per the defined procedure and needs
Mandatory Skills and experience:
Sales Experience in Enterprise/Corporate Sales
Basic IT Knowledge (Infrastructure and/or Application)
Work in Japanese company OR experience working with Japanese clients
Japanese speaking candidates (JLPT N2 or JLPT N1) would be desirable
