We are looking for a natural leader who also has the flair for forging new and strengthening existing relationships within Agency Trading desks. You will be responsible for spearheading sales growth and strengthening revenue streams across agency planning teams and trading desks across the region. You are expected to increase revenue across existing trading relationships and you will have the aptitude to strategise and execute sales action plans. With excellent written and presentation skills, you will be involved in crafting presentation decks for client meetings, perform monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and tracking.
To excel in this position, you are well-versed in the digital media, have full understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and strong stakeholder management skills as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams such as account management, client services, business development, finance and engineering.
To be in the running, you are armed with the following requirements:
- Extensive sales experience (6+ years minimum), inclusive of 2 - 3 years in digital
- Well-versed with the programmatic business
- Proven sales track record
- Fantastic at rapport building and negotiation techniques
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication
