Regional HRIS Manager
Your new company
An international aerospace organisation is seeking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Lead to support the implementation of new HR systems.
Your new role
Reporting to the Global Head, you will be the individual contributor ensuring the successful roll out of new HRIS, reconfiguration and fine-tuning of systems, data management and transfer, user support and training for the various HRIS systems at a regional level. You will be the key point of contact to manage the vendors and liaise with subject matter experts, shared services and users.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in HRIS work including project management and implementation of new systems. Regional experience is preferred. You will minimally possess a degree and be confident as a single contributor reporting into Global and working with regional stakeholders. You will also be a strong communicator.
