- Managing front desk reception duties.
- Provides good customer service support, meet and greet customer, in person or on the phone in a polite manner.
- Answering or referring inquiries from walk-in customer.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mails and letters.
- Maintaining records, filing system and computer files.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mails as well as arranging couriers.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and updating of records.
- Managing and confirming booking of meeting room/conference room for internal staff.
- Handle general enquiries and administrative works.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
- At least 1 years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Words
- Bilingual with good communication skills
- Good interpersonal and team work skills
- Able to commence work immediately
