- Manage the quality assurance of the telemarketing team
- Investigate & handle customer service issues
- Manage customer service excellence with proper training enforcement and quality documentations fulfillment
- Provide QA training to new hirers and regular sessions for the entire team
- Furnish QA findings & action-taken reports to senior management
- Ensure documentations and reports are promptly & accurately submitted
- To take on the role of BCP Officer for Customer Service and work with BCM to ensure proper execution of the department’s Business Continuity Plans upon activation
- Min. Diploma
- At least 4-5 years of Call Centre & Telemarketing Quality Assurance experience
- Experience in banking/insurance indsutry highly preferred
- Customer Oriented
- Good communication skills
