Project Manager – Technology Services & Delivery

The incumbent oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from project hand-over from Enterprise Sales, to project sign-off and specified deliverables.
Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users requirements
Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project
Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources
Leads a team of engineers, on specific projects in the short or long term or with regard to several projects on an ongoing basis
Identifies, assesses, manages the risks of the project and takes appropriate prevention action
Prevents project scope creep or mitigates it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources
Ensures timely submission of reports for projects to the Management
Work closely with client to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing
Manage and build existing client relationships
Support Presales activities in scoping up project resources and identify risks during proposal stage
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines. Relevant experience without the required educational portfolio can be considered
Preferably certified in PMP
A minimum of 3-4 years of Project Management experience, preferably in SI or telco environment
Process excellent communication skills including ability to influence and communicate to all levels of stakeholders
Have excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Result-oriented, with energy and able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment
