As part of the Asia Pacific Regional Accounts Management Team, the required individual is responsible for supporting the development of regional accounts strategies & relationship by close collaboration with necessary business-related functions across the regional headquarters, liaison with respective national sales offices & business partners within the Asia Pacific Region to provide project deployment & coordination support to selected global & regional major clienteles.
•To lead & organize project meetings with necessary internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are assigned & actioned
•To assist & support Regional Account Managers in the project planning, project scoping & delivery of necessary documentations for implementation of contracted business services to global & regional major clienteles within the Region
•To coordinate with the global/regional HQs, local sales offices, business partners and relevant stakeholders on the project deliverables & requirements
•Manage and keep record of all project documentation and providing regular & timely reporting of the progress to the Project sponsors & stakeholders for forecasting & management reporting purposes
•To proactively manage foreseen project risks, perform risk mitigation and ensure proper change management within the project to ensure no impact to the stated objectives and scope of work
•Create & present gantt charts, project milestone schedules, RACI charts to meet objectives representing the client’s or organization’s interest
•Minimum degree in either Business / Computer Information Systems or equivalent
•Project Management Professional Certification (PMP / Prince 2 certified)
•At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management
•Possess strong analytical & problem solving skills
•Excellent written and communication skills
•Excellent People skills to bring teams together for common purposes
•Able to multi-tasks and work effectively on multiple projects concurrently
