HQS Co., Ltd., a wholly owned Myanmar company, incorporated on 7th of March 2013 and the management office is located at No. 586, Dhama Yon Street, 6 Mile, Hlaing Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The company was initially formed with the aim of doing business in the service industry. However, HQS Company Limited was registered as not only a service company but also a multi-purposed company, including trading, and manufacturing, and other possible businesses for a future expansion.
Since most of the western sanctions have been lifted and the pace of change in the country is seen dramatically so fast, there are more and more foreign investments entering the country. With this momentum, we believe that providing one-stop, hassle-free IS/IT & Telecoms services/solutions to the companies shall become a potential business opportunity in Myanmar. Based on the founder’s long-time experience in IT & Telecoms field, and with a prospective oversea partnership, we are confident that we can perform very well in this area and occupy some market portion in this service sector.
At the same time, we also foresee that one-stop mobility and relocation services including recruitment and human resources support, procurement and logistics services for foreign and local companies shall be booming in Myanmar in very near future. Therefore, we engage in this business with a foreign partner, METRICA Inc., which is based in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A with an agreement to provide such a general service locally for the US Department of the Treasury.

B. PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
- Full lifecycle software development experience
- Experience with RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) to include experience designing and operating large databases
- Application Development experience using web frameworks (e.g., ASP.Net)
- Programming skills (e.g., C#, Java) and experience within integrated development environments (e.g., Visual Studio, Eclipse)
- Excellent organizational skills
C. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
- Superior working knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively use modern communication and collaboration technologies
- Mother tongue in Burmese
A. EXERCISE OF JUDGEMENT
Searching for a candidate who is responsible, reliable, and self-managing. Prospective employee must be confident, presentable and assertive yet have diplomatic presence with the ability to win the trust, respect and confidence of counterparts and other stakeholders. Incumbent must have the ability to make and sustain professional connections in areas of interest to the program. Candidates will be expected to work reliably and consistently at the client site in Nay Pyi Taw without daily direct supervision. He/she should be able to understand, assert and coordinate agenda items with multiple government counterparts and work according to local work rules and requirements of counterparts. Must be able to exercise excellent independent judgement and make independent decisions within the scope of provided parameters job duties.
