Develop marketing plans and strategies for assigned product line based on analysis of market growth potential and competition to achieve Sales & Marketing objectives as established.
Increase product awareness by participating in exhibition/road show, advertising on selected media, utilising internet and social media platform.
Develop content of publication articles and white papers to promote products described in the product scope & focus.
Manage and serve existing customers and channel partners to achieve sales target
Expand and grow the number of channel partners overseas
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of assigned products to customers and channel partners for the purpose of product sales and awareness.
Prepare proposal, design, cost estimation and quotations, presentation, closing the sale and enabling order fulfilment.
Good market sense of projects/tenders as well as good networks with product suppliers
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or IT with minimum 2 years’ direct (or related) experience in channel management, direct sales and/or account management.
Must have experience in selling traffic/carpark solutions and/or CCTV surveillance and video storage solutions with good knowledge in IT networking and ability to understand technical solutions.
Aggressive individual with good business sense, creative and energetic sales and marketing mind-set;
Motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent planning, organizational and implementation skills. Strong analytical, people management, presentation and communication skills
Possess experience in competitive pricing strategy and effective marketing on various media platforms.
Willing to travel as required to support International Marketing.
