Procurement Administrative Assistant (Buona Vista | 1 year renewable | Up to $2,300!)

Our client is a global supplier specialising in Floating Storage and Offloading vessel (FSO). With their current expansion they are looking for an administrative assistant in procurement to joint them.
- Support all administrative functions for assigned project and procurement function. This includes data consolidation, report maintenance and updating and supplier management activities.
- Internal software administration including PO reversal, code revision, vendor and staff account creation and modifications.
- Filing and archiving purchase orders both in hard copy and soft copy. Auditing and coordinating with procurement specialists to ensure all important documents are available.
- Perform goods receipt for purchases and facilitate other account closing activities related to a project.
- Extend support to other projects on need basis.
- Support to procurement manager or project procurement manager including report updates, maintaining minutes of meeting, lunch and meeting arrangements, name card requests, travel arrangements, sending out delegation, stationary requisition and allotment and other related tasks.
- Support Non-project PO activities.
- Diploma or Degree in business administration or equivalent
- Minimum one year working experience in administrative role preferably in procurement and supply chain.
- Must have good computer skills including power point presentations, MS excel spread sheet analysis.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
- Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle tasks simultaneously.
- Monday to Thursday (Friday), 8.00am to 6.00pm (5.00pm)
- Location: Buona Vista (5 mins walk from MRT)
- 1 year contract (renewable)
