We are looking for Pastry Chef for our international resorts.
- Checking the replenishment of buffets
- Leading, training and developing Pastry cook
- Attending and cooking behind the buffets during the service
- Ensuring the good presentation of your pastry displays
- Respecting and applying hygiene and safety procedures
- Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum, work location is at our Resort in Guilin or Yabuli - China
- Culinary certification compulsory - Technical Diploma and above
- At least 3-4 years of working experience is required
- Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering and Viennese breads
