Our Client, is a leading and US global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, diagnostics and equipment solutions for professional users.
- Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.
- Process customers’ quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system
- Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status
- Process export documentation for shipments to other region.
- Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)
- Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders.
- Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
- Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target
- Min O/N Levels
- Min 3 years of sales coordination/ customer service/ order processing experience
- Posses Good communication skills
- Proactive and highly initiative, a self starter
