- Manage day-to-day logistics related matters.
- Work very closely with sales team to ensure daily smooth operation.
- Manage and coordinate closely with transporters for on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse to make sure correct issuance of stocks.
- Issue, disseminate and file the delivery documents on a timely and orderly manner.
- Mailing of documents to customers.
- 2 years experience and above in logistics processes.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn and take on ad-hoc assignments.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
- A committed and service-oriented team player.
- Able to respond positively to stress.
- A detailed and patient personnel.
- Responsible and honest personality.
- Able to handle many phone calls daily.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge on Navision added advantage.
