Our client is a leading asset management firm and they are currently looking for an experienced office administrator / personal assistant to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include complex travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the CIO and members of the investment team. You will handle all calendar and diary management, expense preparation as well as providing administrative support to the investment team. As an office administrator / personal assistant, you will also assist in the coverage of receptionist duties, arranging for courier services as well as maintaining office stationery and pantry supplies.
You should possess at least 3 to 5 years of PA experience, with experience supporting senior management. You will need to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). You will need to possess excellent communication and written skills. You will need to work independently with minimum supervision and use your own initiative to provide additional support as and when required.
