Reporting to a detailed, well mannered and intelligent individual, your strengths will lie in being meticulous and a keen learner. Your day to day duties will include managing the Managing Director's calendar and travel arrangements. At the same time, you will also be responsible for the requisition of stationery and pantry supplies in the office as well as other basic office management work. Pride in ensuring that the small office space is kept well is crucial as skill to operate well in this organization.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will possess minimally 1 year of office administration experience. You must be capable of working in a fast paced and varied environment and be comfortable supporting an expatriate. Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with the region often and your attention to detail must be 100%.
